Now, originally if a unit did not have enough equipment and was below strength (underequiped/undermanned) it would take debuffs to its attack/defense and most of its stats. Whenever a unit looses a battle (sometimes it depends) It will take looses to its orange strength bar which amounts to casualties and equipment loss. If you dont know, Theres a orange/yellowish bar underneath a units green org bar that represents the units "health" which amounts to the manpower/equipment its using.
